Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
Orders placed after 2 PM GMT or on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

4. VAT and Taxes
LOONEVO LTD is currently not VAT-registered in the United Kingdom.
Product prices do not include VAT where not legally required.
For orders shipped to EU/EEA countries:

6. Customs, Duties, and Refused Shipments
For shipments to EU/EEA countries:

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import VAT, customs duties, and clearance fees.

If a customer refuses delivery due to unpaid customs charges, the customer remains responsible for return shipping costs and any fees incurred.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable in such cases.
7. Tracking, Lost, or Damaged Packages
Tracking is provided where available. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order is dispatched.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

Lost or damaged packages must be reported within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Under UK consumer law, risk of loss passes to the customer only when the goods are delivered into the physical possession of the customer or a person identified by the customer to receive them.
8. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, reshipping fees may apply.
